Culinary Arts Academy

Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland combines professional culinary training with business and hospitality education.
Students receive extensive practical experience in professional kitchens while studying culinary management, entrepreneurship and food business. Programmes are available in culinary arts, pastry, bakery and chocolate, from professional diplomas to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The academy has campuses in Le Bouveret and Brig.
